A meeting was held with the officials of various departments of the district to provide employment to the migrant labour and other persons which are come from other states, due to the situation arising out of the corona virus, at Gram Complex Building collectorate office by District Magistrate Sri. Navin Kumar.

District Magistrate Mr. Navin Kumar and DDC Mr. Mukul Kumar Gupta inspected the Quarantine Campus located at Maa Kamala Chandrika Teacher Training College, Arki Jehanabad and Bauri, Middle School, Hulasganj. During the inspection, he instruct to concerned officials kindly focus on the basic requirements such as quality of food, water, snacks, sanitation, medical system, toilet system, security and other arrangements. He Also received feedback from migrant laborers and other people located on Quarantine Campus.

In the Kako Block , DDC Shri Mukul Kumar Gupta inspected Mask preparation work by CLF/Jeevika. He informed that 40 thousand masks have been prepared by Jeevika Didi till now, at the panchayat level, block level and district level. Jehanabad district requires around 4 lakh masks.

A business seminar was organized today under the chairmanship of the District Magistrate Mr. Navin Kumar to develop the industrial hub in Jehanabad district. The event was attended by industrialists, young businessmen etc. of the district. On this occasion, the District Magistrate assured the businessmen that the district administration is ready to cooperate with you, there will be no problem of marketing due to the presence of Jehanabad district between Patna and Gaya. There are very good possibilities of transportation communication, electricity law and infrastructure in the district. . There was a lot of enthusiasm and enthusiasm among young businessmen to start a business in the district.

Around 360 migrant laborers and other people were screened from the Shramik Express train at Jehanabad railway station under the supervision of District Officer Shri Naveen Kumar, Superintendent of Police Shri Manish and other officials. The workers were sent to the health check-up campus by bus through the Shramik Express, following the social distancing and providing breakfast water to the people of Nalanda, Arwal and Jehanabad which the people of Arwal and Nalanda are at the station, they were screened and sent to their respective districts. The people of Jehanabad district were sent to the health check-up center at Kadauna and after their health check-up they were quarantine at quarantine center of the respective block. But they were registered and sent to residential. Friends, all these passengers were welcomed with flower garlands.

While inspecting the Jehanabad railway station to provide the convenience of passengers by special train coming in Jehanabad district, District Magistrate Shri Navin Kumar, SP, Mr. Manish , DDC Mr. Mukul Kumar Gupta and other officials were inspected. In the inspection, the officials concerned were instructed to make arrangements to provide basic facilities like food, drinking water etc. for the migrant laborers and other persons from outside.
