As per the instructions of the District Magistrate all arrangements have been made at the Quarantine Center located in Bandhgunj Panchayat of Modanganj Block under Jehanabad District. Right now 21 people have been kept in the Quarantine Center.

According to the instructions of the Government, District Magistrate Mr. Naveen Kumar, instruct do making in every village to make the residents aware, in which they are being informed, that the corona virus is caused by the global epidemic. Because of it migrant laborers, students and other persons from other states are not allowed to enter their village / Home. No person will go directly to his home without health checkup. They will be screened at the Campus and the people will be divided into two parts, those who will be healthy, those who stay in Home quarantine and those who remain unhealthy, such as cold, cold, fever, they will remain in the respective block for 21 days in the Block Quarantine Camp.

Under the Chairmanship of District Magistrate, Mr. Navin Kumar, conducted a meeting with all the employees for implementation of every Har Ghar Nal Ka Jal and Pacci Sadak scheme. Under the MG-NREGA Saat Nishchay Yojna of the Government meeting was held in the Gram Plex Building in Collectorate . District Magistrate directed in the meeting that Migrant laborers from other states should be given work by issuing Job Cards under MG-NREGA.

In view of the Corona virus, the migrant laborers, students and other persons who came to the Jehanabad district were inspected at the Health Campus by the District Magistrate Mr. Naveen Kumar, Superintendent of Police Mr. Manish and Deputy Development Commissioner Mr. Mukul Kumar Gupta.The District Officer instructed the officials that proper arrangements should be made available immediately and these should be sent to the Quarantine Center of the concerned Block.

In the wake of the global epidemic of corona virus, a meeting was organized to provide work to the laborers under the chairmanship of Deputy Development Commissioner Shri Mukul Kumar Gupta. In the meeting, Deputy Development Commissioner said that 323 schemes have been implemented under MGNREGA in Jehanabad district so far, out of which 10787 laborers have been provided work.
